fix(acceptance): 仅在连接池持续满载时阻断验收

验收压力采样仍记录连接获取取消计数，但单次上下文取消不再被误判为池饱和。继续对连续六个采样周期满池、租约错误、数据库连接、节点内存和 Pod RSS 执行硬门禁。\n\n验证：bash -n、ShellCheck、真实 P24 压力报告回归。
