- Root: relocated from mid-file (idx 354) to after last git-clone (idx 5180, new author)
- node_db/new: prepended (top, chronological newest-first)
- Verify SAFE per verification_results.json:safe_repos (deep verify manual-confirmed all static flags as false positives)
