openapi: fold cloud-only fields into shared schemas

Cloud-runtime ComfyUI populates these fields; local ComfyUI does not.
Folded into the canonical OSS spec as nullable + x-runtime: [cloud] with
a [cloud-only] description prefix so one shared spec accommodates both
runtimes without per-runtime forks.
