feat(models): add LTX-2.3 22B model family
Adds 11 models from Lightricks LTX-2.3:
- 5 checkpoints: dev, distilled 1.1, dev fp8, distilled fp8, dev nvfp4
- 3 LoRAs: distilled lora 1.1, IC-LoRA union control, IC-LoRA motion track
- 3 upscalers: spatial x2 1.1, spatial x1.5, temporal x2
