That was way more involved than I thought. Well, [DEL] key now asks if you wish to delete the image, and [ENTER] key will save the image via save file dialog

* moves keybinds to sep file, update readme
* remap load default, support keycodes
* update keybinds table, prepends comfy to ids
* escape exits out of modals
* modifier keys also use map
* adds setting for filename prompt
* better handle filename prompt
