Rattus 3597b27515 models: Use CoreModelPatcher 
Use CoreModelPatcher for all internal ModelPatcher implementations. This drives
conditional use of the aimdo feature, while making sure custom node packs get
to keep ModelPatcher unchanged for the moment.
