历史部署的 Compose 覆盖固定了旧转换服务镜像，网页又以纯摘要运行且未保存类型；遗留 Watchtower 标记也会阻断安装预检查。

允许显式选择的 model-conversion-worker 通过现有备份迁移恢复仓库镜像定义。新增受控配置核验入口：比对当前网页、OCI构建版本、官方类型标签和实际摘要后，仅补齐缺失网页类型并纠正旧业务接管开关；保留业务镜像、更新偏好、资源上限和私有参数，拒绝未知任务及已有不同类型。同步标准维护说明。

验证：转换服务3项回归修复前失败、修复后通过（1.40秒）；原镜像恢复6项通过（4.07秒）；新增受控配置7项通过（0.007秒）；bash语法与diff检查通过。demo由官方仓库PR引用拉取脚本后执行标准迁移；线上业务版本保持原值。
