旧版迁移工具出现问题时，允许一次性迁移容器使用官方服务镜像的完整不可变摘要，同时保留现有 Compose 配置和运行中的应用镜像。非法或可变镜像在配置变更前被拒绝，临时覆盖文件在退出时清理。

验证：python3 scripts/test-credential-migration-image.py（3 项通过）；bash -n scripts/migrate-credential-encryption.sh；git diff --check。
