登记 3.38.4 固定后端镜像，保留 3.38.2 网页和网页变体的真实标签、摘要与构建提交。

验证：固定后端镜像 linux/amd64、revision、按天保留能力标签及摘要；正式解析器覆盖仅后端和三种网页变体。生产验收待完成，不移动公开版本指针。
