将已公开并通过镜像验收的 3.35.0.20261025.3 提升为稳定版，补齐画布保存 409 的原因审计，保持原保存保护。

标准工具的全套 15 镜像预检、8 个固定产物与稳定别名回读已通过；不可变 v2 清单及原报告摘要保持不变，保留独立 updater 最新正式产物。目录合入后将按客户保存的稳定偏好执行标准更新，并单独验收。

验证：promote-stable-release.mjs dry-run/实际提升通过；release-catalog prepare/check；详见版本稳定提升报告。未将内存永久修复或历史 409 唯一归因计作本版已交付。
