Sampling code changes.
...
apply_model in model_base now returns the denoised output.
This means that sampling_function now computes things on the denoised
output instead of the model output. This should make things more consistent
across current and future models.

- Makes installation work a variety of ways, including making other packages dependent on this one for e.g. plugins
- Fixes missing __init__.py issues
- Fixes imports
- Compatible with your existing scripts that rely on requirements.txt
- Fixes error in comfy/ldm/models/diffusion/ddim.py
- Fixes missing packages for other diffusers code in this repo

On the KSamplers denoise of 1.0 is the same as txt2img but there was a
small difference on UniPC.
